#GetInFront with our new hire experience

Starting a new job is a big life transition, and we make sure our new hires feel that they can start their new journey with us with confidence. From day one, we welcome the latest and greatest in Anteriad talent with training and resources to onboard them to our company. Onboarding new talent doesn’t happen in a vacuum, so we ensure managers have the support they need to grow their team. We equip managers with a variety of resources to prepare them for onboarding and managing new hires. Here is just a glimpse of what our new hires can look forward to when they start with us:

  • Live training opportunities, including Anteriad 101 and an end-of-week wrap-up session
  • Checklists to help our new hires and their managers stay on top of everything and hit milestones within their first 90 days
  • New Hire Resources space on our company intranet for a one-stop-shop for new hires and managers.
  • Celebratory new hire swag

Lead and learn through Anteriad’s new Cornerstone Learning Platform!

The learning doesn’t stop after the new hire period ends. Our employees around the world have access to the Cornerstone Learning Platform, which houses thousands of learning resources to enhance their skills and complete any assigned training.

Employees can check out 8 library categories, 10 content vendors, 1000+ courses covering professional skills, leadership and management, business best practices and compliance training. We’re constantly growing our in-house customized content and curriculum (covering new hire and manager checklists, excel training, privacy courses and more) as well.

We’re also further embracing a culture of learning at Anteriad through live training offerings, manager development, team training and company-wide offerings. From team building to employee-wide training, our People Experience team is always seeking improvement and embracing the latest trends in leadership and learning.

Do more and do good with our culture and diversity at Anteriad

In 2022, our employees participated in our first ever Culture and Diversity & Inclusion survey to establish the sentiments around the culture at Anteriad. As a result, we established our pledge to Diversity & Inclusion, as well as 7 brand new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)! Since our ERGs were launched, we’ve been actively embracing diversity, equity and inclusion through events and opportunities to give back to our communities.

  • Anteriad Cares Day at the Don Bosco Soup Kitchen

Innovating and inspiring each other with a global mentoring program

Our Global Mentoring Program is an opportunity for employees of all backgrounds and business areas to inspire each other to achieve their best potential. In 2023, we matched 70 Anteriad employees to connect with each other this year on their career goals. With resources to enhance their relationships, monthly newsletters and quarterly learn and shares, we are excited see the amazing impact this program has on our employees.
