Rob Sanchez has served as MeritB2B’s Chief Executive Officer since 2012 and leads the vision and strategy for the company. With a career in B2B that has stretched over 25 years, he is recognized as one of the data industry’s most tenured and trusted experts and established the company as a dominant player in B2B marketing solutions in North America. Rob has been a member of the executive leadership team at MeritB2B since its inception in 2000 and served as a Managing Partner from 2009-2012. As one of the original partners of MeritB2B, he launched and grew the company’s OmniChannel suite of services into a robust Performance Marketing platform.
Rob brings a dynamic blend of data-driven marketing and growth expertise to his role of CEO. Through key acquisitions, recruitment, and expansion of solution–based services, he has played an integral part in driving the company’s growth and profitability. Rob is responsible for the discovery, vetting, and management of corporate acquisitions that support MeritB2B’s strategic direction.
Rob enjoys sports, golf, his great team at MeritB2B, time with his family, and various charitable work through his family’s charitable fund.

Chief Technology Officer
As co-founder of a category-defining company in demand generation, RK stays curious about what’s coming next and how that can benefit B2B marketers.
Always looking out to better the company and the True Influence experience, RK guides our product and technology roadmap, research and development, IT infrastructure and even email deliverability – a crucial element of B2B demand generation. He brings an interesting balance of management, technical HR skills and account experience. We always count on RK to deliver on time with quality outcomes.
RK has the technology chops to back up anything he wants to do. He’s got skills in Enterprise Software Development, Cloud Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Management, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Blockchain, Crypto Currencies, and Start-ups. It all adds up to an experienced Chief Technology Officer and international executive.
Colleagues and customers know RK as easy to work with and ever-responsive, approachable and supportive. Although he maintains a heavy workload, he finds time to counsel and coach on resourcing, recruiting, and other HR and administrative issues.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Ogle joined MeritB2B in March 2021 as Chief Financial Officer bringing over 20 years of experience in the B2B and B2C spaces. He brings great depth and knowledge when partnering with CEO, Operating Executives, Lenders and Private Equity to improve operating efficiencies through the use of technology and integrate growth through organic plans and acquisitions. Jim previously served as CFO at Access Intelligence where he led Finance, IT, Legal, Production and Data functions. Previous to that, he held various roles at F&W Media, including CFO, COO and interim CEO in his eight years at the company. Earlier in his career, he served as VP of Finance at Penton Media and Cygnus. Jim is well-versed in M&A and debt transactions across the buy and sell side having been involved in more than $1.5B worth of deals throughout his career.
When Jim is not busy as CFO, he enjoys spending time with this wife and two sons. He is a fan of Dave Matthews Band, University of Miami’s Football and Basketball teams and baseball – Go Yankees!
Chief Commercial Officer
Todd brings over 30 years of experience with both online and offline database product and business development. Throughout his career, he has maintained critical senior-level Product and Corporate Development roles during the successful sale of 6 different companies. His roles have included Founder, Partner, EVP Product Development, EVP Corporate Development, EVP Business Development, EVP Data Acquisition and EVP of Sales.
Prior to his involvement with MeritB2B, Todd co-founded Compass Marketing, a premiere B2B database builder in Lincoln, NE. Compass was purchased by MeritB2B in January of 2020 becoming part of Merit’s data portfolio in Performance Marketing. Todd’s experience also includes service at Primis/Accudata Integrated Marketing and Acxiom/Direct Media, as well as many consultative roles throughout the database marketing, Internet marketing, and telecommunications industries. He was a founding partner and Executive Vice President at CMGi/YesMail, Inc., a pioneer Internet solution for online advertising and email audience targeting, where he guided product direction during the company’s IPO and subsequent sale to CMGi. Todd holds a degree in Business and Communication from the University of New Hampshire.
Todd is responsible for channel expansion and management across the sales organization and managing MeritB2B’s growth team. He leads the strategies and staff that drive account growth via data-driven demand generation, process improvements and upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Chief People Officer
Heather brings nearly 15 years of human resources experience to MeritB2B. In her current role, she leads the function, acting as a strategic HR business partner with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management and leadership development.
While Heather started out as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she quickly realized that she was better suited for a career in HR. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Americas at PineBridge Investments in New York City. There, she was responsible for employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, engagement and retention for over 300 employees across the US, Chile and Mexico.
Heather received a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys annual trips to Aruba, Billy Joel concerts and Villanova Basketball (Go Wildcats!).
Chief Data and Privacy Officer
Since joining MeritB2B in 2013, the organization has relied on Karie’s expertise in B2B data-driven solutions, including ABM strategies with a specialty in global brands. Karie currently runs our international efforts and was instrumental in launching OmniChannelBase International.
She is well versed in European Data Protection legislation and advises clients on cultural aspects as well as the optimum data-driven solutions for targeting audiences outside the USA. In 2021, she took on the role of Chief Data and Privacy Officer, and oversees MeritB2B’s privacy matters as well as advising clients on best practice and compliance.
Karie’s two passions are International travel and her large, badly behaved rescue dogs, she is still trying to figure out how to combine the two!
Chief Revenue Officer
Peter is a visionary when it comes to seamless customer experiences, revenue generation, and growth. His customer know-how combined with his problem-solving chops and passion for driving results set him apart as a CRO. He always has his finger on the pulse of the business and the market, and he’s a strong leader of the revenue revolution at True Influence. Always eager to innovate, Peter has a reputation as a creative, experienced leader with excellent people skills and a fierce work ethic.
This experienced, results-driven sales and marketing leader has a track record of spotting revenue opportunities, strong “go to market” strategies and successful execution plans to grow revenue.
Peter leads the charge for global sales and customer success at True Influence. We depend on his expertise in managing global sales teams, his talent for data-driven technology sales, and his close relationships with customers. There’s no other way to say it — Peter has helped True Influence hit aggressive growth targets and reach record profits.
Peter brings all the skills you’d want in a revenue leader: quarterly forecasting, territory management, key accounts relationships, closing business, motivating teams, launching new products and improving processes.
Peter has a generous understanding of the demand generation industry, and he knows how to use that experience to help C-level decision-makers act on intent data. He constantly looks for ways to make our customers’ lives better, whether using our self-service offerings or managed services.
Peter is a true fan of all New England sports teams, golf and winters without snow. He is married with 3 children.
Chief Operating Officer
We turn again and again to Craig for strategic development and day-to-day management of multiple brands and products, along with pricing, reports and data. His quick thinking and common-sense intelligence have been instrumental in turning the True Influence vision into reality.
His experience in guiding and leading the operations team to superb performance is demonstrated by their outstanding results: 99.9% successful operations delivery in 2019. Customers rely on clean, accurate data, and Craig and his team deliver every. single. time.
It isn’t easy managing an international team of consultants, vendors and employees, but Craig has that rare ability to “make it so” on a daily basis. People who’ve worked with Craig describe him as a quick-thinking, articulate and thoughtful partner.
True Influence has expanded global operations, and Craig has tirelessly managed this growth, while never taking his eye off the ball to deliver quality data for demand generation. Craig’s teams design, manage and execute lead generation programs using behavioral targeting, email, online marketing, account-based marketing and telemarketing for market leaders like IBM, Microsoft, and Charter Communications.
Craig is a lover of global cuisine and he and his wife even won a foodie contest by supporting over 100 restaurants in their local area. Craig’s other interests are live music, politics, Premier League Football (soccer) and college football.
Chief Product Officer
Eric joined MeritB2B as a seasoned technology and product leader with a proven track record of success in growing and leading businesses in the Data, Analytics, Ad/Mar-tech and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) sectors. As Founder and CEO of 180byTwo, his mission was to transform the way marketers sourced, acquired, and leveraged data across marketing technology stacks. Today, hundreds of brands and agencies across the financial services, hi-tech, marketing services, healthcare and telecom industries have adopted 180byTwo’s audience solutions to dramatically improve the way they acquire, analyze and grow customers.
Before becoming a technology entrepreneur, Eric held multiple product, business development, marketing and technology positions with Liveramp, Infogroup, Verizon, IDM and Sallie Mae. Outside of work, Eric enjoys cycling, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
Executive Vice President
Client Strategy
Christopher Pickering serves as Executive Vice President of Client Strategy. Chris has 20+ years of experience in data-driven and direct marketing in the B2B space. Prior to joining MeritB2B, he worked at Discover Financial Services, Experian/Direct Tech, and Direct Media.
In addition to marketer, service bureau, and customer acquisition experience, Pickering earned an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Currently he works with MeritB2B clients and strategic partners developing circulation strategies and solutions for both acquisition and retention efforts.
In 2005 Pickering co-authored Libey and Pickering on RFM and Beyond with Don Libey. A revised edition of the book was released in 2008.
