Our Transparency of Data statement discusses how we collect, use, and share data across all our businesses, and provides greater detail over the types of data we collect. We’re committed to continually updating our Transparency of Data statement to reflect changes to our business and provide you with ongoing transparency over the use of your data.

Personal Data Collected

Anteriad collects the following categories of personal data:

Name and contact information. Your first and last name, business email address, business postal address, business phone number, and other similar business contact information.

Internet or other similar network activity. Information regarding your browsing history, search history, and information about how you interact with our websites, applications, advertisements, or emails.

Device information. Information about the devices you use to access our websites, applications, or advertisements, such as browser, operating system type, device ID, and IP address. Your IP address may be used to identify the general geographic location.

Sources of Personal Data

We collect personal data from the following sources:

Devices and browsers. We collect personal data through browsers and devices that interact with our websites and online services for Anteriad’s Marketing Purposes.

Sharing Personal Data

Marketing services. We collect, use, and sell personal data as part of our consumer and commercial marketing services. This includes providing customers, including digital advertisers, with personal data of potential customers to inform their marketing efforts, or permitting our customers to enhance their existing marketing lists for accuracy and effectiveness.

Data Retention

Anteriad retains the non-personal user data we collect for all of our products and services for purposes of interest-based advertising for up to thirteen (13) months from the date of its collection.

We will also only retain your personal data for as long as we believe it is up to date, i.e. as long as it is associated with a business that is included in our database. We verify our data periodically and if we learn that you are no longer involved with a business that is in our database, we will remove your data from our records.

Customer Data 

We will retain this information for as long as needed to provide services to any one of our customers or as otherwise authorized, directed, or permissioned by our Customers. In addition, Anteriad will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.  In the event we are processing data for our Customer, we will take Client instruction.

Other Data 

We will retain this information for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for as long as is necessary and relevant for our legitimate business purposes, in accordance with permitted applicable laws and regulation. Where we no longer need your personal information, we will dispose of it in a secure manner (without further notice to you).

Security

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data and use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect the personal data we maintain, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. Anteriad complies with applicable data protection laws, including security breach notification laws.

We may change this online privacy statement in the future. If we make changes to this privacy statement, we will post the revised privacy statement and its effective date on this website.
