As an optimistic person, I’d like to flip the common phrase “garbage in, garbage out” to become “quality in, quality out.” This concept has never been more important for B2B marketing than it is today, when so much of what we do is founded on data. By focusing on the importance of starting with quality data, marketers start off on the right foot and get a lot further, faster.
Our recent survey shows that focusing on quality data is the top priority for B2B marketers, and that those with confidence in their data strategy are much more likely to have experienced significant revenue growth (42% compared to just 15% of other marketers.) Clearly, finding data partners that can deliver a foundation of high performance from the beginning helps with many other elements of marketing, from ABM to demand generation to personalization.
