Ray is the Chief Information Officer at Anteriad. He is responsible for providing the global cloud infrastructure, communications, and cyber security that enables Anteriad’s business operations. He oversees all aspects of information technology, information and data security.

Ray strives to be an early adopter, influencer, and promoter of cloud, data management, and Information technology best practices. He routinely shares his experience and insights in optimizing business results through the use of data, technology innovation, and enabling IT operational excellence.

Previously, Ray was the CIO and Chief Data Officer of True Influence. He was brought in to mature the company’s master data management, data quality, cloud, data privacy and security posture. He was also the co-founder and Chief Information Officer of V12 Group. Where he helped grow and develop the company until it was acquired by Datamentors in 2016. The combined company was rebranded V12 Data. He has 30 plus years of leadership experience in the fields of data management, information technology, and digital marketing.

He has built and lead cross functional technology teams at great companies like J.P. Morgan, Time Warner, and 24/7 Media.

Ray is a regional board member of American On Tech (AOT). AOT is a non-profit organization that envisions a world where young people of color across the country have equitable access to compete fairly for opportunities in the technology sector. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of NextVision Sales Institute.

Ever an advocate for his team, he encourages continuous education, open communication, and work-life balance. He mentors numerous college students and prior colleagues that are now CEOs and CxOs.
