Jim Ogle

Jim Ogle joined Anteriad in March 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in the B2B and B2C spaces. He brings great depth and knowledge when it comes to partnering with CEO, Operating Executives, Lenders, and Private Equity to improve operating efficiencies through the use of technology and integrate growth through organic plans and acquisitions. 

Jim previously served as CFO at Access Intelligence where he led Finance, IT, Legal, Production, and Data functions. Prior to that, he held various roles at F&W Media, including CFO, COO, and interim CEO in his eight years at the company. Earlier in his career, he served as VP of Finance at Penton Media and Cygnus. Jim is well-versed in M&A and debt transactions across the buy and sell side, having been involved in more than $1.5B worth of deals throughout his career.

When Jim is not busy as CFO, he enjoys spending time with this wife and two sons. He is a fan of Dave Matthews Band, University of Miami’s Football and Basketball teams, and baseball—Go Yankees!
