How we created a positive work culture
Over the last three years, Anteriad has seen incredible growth with the acquisition of three companies and the integration of hundreds of employees into the organization. Navigating several transitions with a mostly remote workforce presented unique challenges, but we put our people first and made strides to make Anteriad an organization people are happy to work for. By elevating strong leaders and working to increase communication across the organization, we’ve been able to successfully create a great place to work.
How we earned this certification
We earned the certification based on the self-reported experiences of current employees. This is an important distinction because it is awarded solely on anonymous employee feedback and independent analysis. 87% of our employees reported they felt management trusts them to do a good job without watching over their shoulders. This trust empowers employees to do their best work. 87% of our employees also agreed that management understands that honest mistakes happen. Knowing they have supportive management makes employees feel more comfortable at work.
Flexibility
88% of our employees said they can take time off from work when they think it's necessary. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and encourage our employees to take time to recharge and prioritize personal well-being. Our employees do great work because they know they have the flexibility and support to take a break when they need it.
Welcoming environment
89% of our employees said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome. Additionally, 87% say they feel they can be themselves. This is especially important because we have welcomed hundreds of new employees— the majority remote workers—over the last year.
