At the end of the year, I always find time to reflect on the past twelve months and take away lessons that will drive me, the team, and our customers forward in the new year. This year, I am inspired by how far our company has come. The last three years have seen the acquisition of three companies and the integration of over 500 global staff members. Our teams have delivered on people, technology, and innovation while creating a global community to serve all of you, our amazing customers.
I’m grateful for our incredible customer community and the trust you’ve put in us to help you succeed. This community is the heart of our company; gaining your trust and loyalty is what pushes us ahead, and we take that very seriously. We do this by continually delivering best-in-class data-driven marketing solutions at scale. We listen to you, and we push forward to drive innovation and better solutions to help the best B2B brands stay ahead of your competition and get in front of your next customer faster.
Our hard work, commitment, and collaboration have led to a year of meaningful recognition, enabling us to win the Sammy Award for our sales and marketing technology, an Inc. 5000 Award to mark our continued growth and a Great Place To Work certification™ that is based entirely on what current employees have to say about their experience working at Anteriad. These are just a few of the achievements that we celebrated in 2022.
In the spirit of the holidays, I also want to note that success is meant to be shared not only with customers, but with our community. We leaned into our value of “do more and do good” to establish Anteriad Cares, our giving program that supports several local and national charities, including America on Tech, Monroe Foundation, Tunnel to Towers, and the American Cancer Society, among many others. Our programs and efforts are growing and directly affecting people’s lives in a meaningful way.
