While Anteriad is a global business, we built that scale through close relationships within regional markets. It sounds like a paradox, but it works!

One of the most important inputs to this success is a strong culture both globally and within each region. I work closely with members of our team from around the world, and they all speak about the unique combination of global footprint and local expertise as a defining feature of Anteriad’s culture as well as our offering to our customers.

Of course, many companies have offices around the world, but simply having a presence in different countries and regions is not the same thing as being embedded into the fabric of that region. And knowing that you work for a global company is not the same as feeling like part of something bigger.

Our company shares a strong global culture of excellence, but we get there by working as a team. That focus on people-first creates the glue that connects everyone around the world.

We have a global footprint with 11 offices across four continents. Our headquarters in New York is closely aligned with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. However, you don’t need to be in the “home office” to feel at home.

Not only do many people work virtually, we have regular town hall meetings to keep everyone connected and informed. We bring all teams together, getting all time zones on one call with our CEO, including company updates and Q&As. Our executive teams also make regular visits to other regions, keeping everyone aligned and in touch.

Our various teams work on a global scale - but always with a local sensitivity. Customer and sales teams around the globe work closely with our technology, data and analytics teams to tailor the perfect solutions for clients. Our India office handles all of our engineering and production, Madrid is home to our call centers. Much of our data building and vetting is in the US, marketing is in the US and EU, while product is built around the globe. We have sales engaging with these teams from all corners of the world on behalf of their clients.

Not only do you get to know your teammates, you feel good that you’re part of a world-class company that also understands regional differences and nuances.

At Anteriad, whichever office you’re in, you’re part of an on-the-ground team with local language expertise, a deep understanding of regional business best practices and strong relationships with customers.

But our cultural relevance isn’t just for customers - it’s for employees, too. Each office has special events, contests and perks that make it a pleasure to come to work each day. While we are headquartered in New York City, we have large offices in Spain and in India and many smaller offices as well. Each office has its own very different culture, events, and on-site benefits.

For example, working from our Spain office comes with benefits like yoga, breakfast, and language skills. India has a cricket league, has a group of passionate volunteers, offers different in-office team wellness events, competitions and challenges.

We also use our different regions to showcase their various different positive attributes. Our APAC offices take advantage of the proximity to beautiful wine country and hosts "after hours" wine tastings with clients.
